1. Use of Our Services

• Unclip provides ready-to-post digital content: meme templates, clips, trending audios, edits and related creator tools, delivered daily to subscribers.
• We aim to make our resources easy and creative to use. However, we do not take responsibility for any copyright strikes, content removal, or legal-compliance issues that may arise from your use of our materials.
• All content and clips are used at the user's own responsibility. Unclip does not provide copyright ownership or clearance for any third-party media, music, video, or visual elements that may appear in our templates or examples.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their final content complies with copyright and intellectual-property laws and the rules of the platforms they post to.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to the content library requires an active paid plan: ₹99 for 7 days, ₹169 for 30 days or ₹1,699 for a year. Unclip AI is a separate optional add-on. Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). We never store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew or must be repaid to keep uninterrupted access; if a payment fails or the plan lapses, access is paused until it is renewed.
• There is nothing to cancel. A plan is a one-time purchase and access simply ends when the period you paid for runs out.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• As these are digital goods delivered instantly, no refunds are provided once a payment has been processed and access has been granted.
• If you face a payment or subscription issue, contact us at hello@unclip.in and we'll help.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid subscription period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Content Usage & Licensing

• All templates and digital assets are provided for the subscriber's own content creation.
• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our content or your account is strictly prohibited.
• Unclip retains ownership of all intellectual-property rights in its curation, tools and services.

5. Unclip AI

• Unclip AI generates suggestions (hooks, captions, scripts and ideas) and may make mistakes, so always review and fact-check before you post.
• Free users get a limited number of AI messages per day. The AI add-on gives a 20-minute chat session, which can be started again one hour after the previous one began, plus 4 image generations per rolling 4-hour window. It is a limited allowance, not unlimited use.
• You are responsible for anything you publish based on AI output.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or illegally distribute Unclip's content or share your login.
• Use the platform for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Violate the intellectual-property rights of Unclip or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any specific growth or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Unclip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fee you paid.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Access may also end due to non-payment or misuse of our content.

10. Copyright Disclaimer

• Unclip does not claim ownership of, or provide rights to, copyrighted materials owned by other creators, brands, or companies.
• Our resources are meant for creative use by subscribers.
• Any commercial use, reposting, or redistribution must comply with applicable copyright laws.
• Unclip will not be liable for copyright strikes, legal notices, or penalties resulting from user activity.

11. Giveaway Policy

From time to time, Unclip hosts a monthly giveaway for active subscribers.

• Eligibility: every active subscriber is entered automatically for that month; the winner is announced on the 1st of the following month on the site and by email.
• Product selection: you may choose any colour variant of the displayed prize as long as its price matches the displayed item's price. A variant that costs more is not applicable.
• Availability: Unclip may provide an alternate colour or a product of equal value if the chosen one is unavailable.
• No cash alternative: prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

12. Changes to Terms

• Unclip may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
